Took N&S to Camden town for the da. We got some delicious paleo lunch (I know right?) and a few beers while we enjoyed the market. The beautiful day made for some fun people watching and laughs among friends.

Day 61
Serena and Nicole are here! These are my first visitors to Londontown and I’m excited to show them around. We walked on the Thames, enjoyed some live music and stuffed ourselves silly with Indian food.
Day 60
Headed to the Museum of London for class, to learn more of the history of the city. The museum did a wonderful job displaying their historical exhibits in modern terms. Here’s a picture of some old graffiti

Tartan will always have a special place in my heart. When I found these marvellous pants at Top Shop my first day here, I knew it was meant to be. They’re an easy way to make any outfit feel “oh so London”. In this case, they put a brit twist to Sandy’s dangerous Greece look.
Day 58
Happy National Pancake Day!!! To celebrate my roommates and friends had a pancake party in the kitchen with all sorts of wonderful toppings. I even got to sneak a few Paleo ones onto the pan 😉
Day 57
Today I indulged in an amazing Turkish Bath and Massage at the Crystal Palace (whoop Groupon!) which included a fabulous steam room, private massage and mud bath. It was just the thing I needed to rejuvenate for the remaining semester. I’m excited to take on the next few months with a clean slate.
Day 56
Saturday was filled with so many fun things. We headed out to Greenwich to celebrate my friend Phoebe’s birthday. Although it was a bit chilly, it was so much fun exploring a new part of town with friends.

My roommates and I stayed in for the night and had a nice girls night so I experimented with a new popcorn recipe. Check out a blog post soon for my recipe!
Day 54
For Christmas my boyfriend treated me to a a day of horseback riding in the countryside once I got to London. I used to ride back in high school and didn’t realize how much I missed it until I was back in the saddle today. Galloping through the forest took me back to my barn days when I’d spend hours grooming, riding and hanging out with the horses. The beautiful weather made for a perfect getaway and a chance to see a new, rural side of London. Today will definitely go down as one of my favorite days spent in this magical place.
Day 53
Today is tribute to my wonderful friends. I’ve met so many incredible people on this trip, each one enriching my days with their unique qualities. Sorry for being sappy but I’ve had so much fun laughing with these ladies this week.
